Derek Carr’s problematic ring finger appears to be healing. The Raiders limited their second-year quarterback at voluntary workouts, but NFL Network reported yesterday that Carr has finally been cleared.
Today was the first day of mandatory mini-camp and CSN Bay Area’s Fallon Smith posted three videos of Carr throwing at today’s session.

Raiders’ mini-camp will continue through June 11. The next time the team will take the field for organized activities will be for training camp in late July.
