Raider Nation Radio Producer Fired Over Charlie Kirk Posts on Social Media

On Thursday evening, the Raiders’ flagship radio station posted a statement from Lotus Broadcasting announcing the firing of a former employee for “hateful and despicable” social media posts following the death of Charlie Kirk.

The announcement is currently pinned on Radio Nation Radio’s X account with no identification of which employee was fired.

But according to Awful Announcing, the former employer appears to be Bobby Machado, who served as the producer for JT the Brick and was involved in Golden Knights radio broadcasts.

In now deleted posts, Machado allegedly wrote “karma is a mother——” in response to Kirk’s passing, along with the following post timestamped September 10, shortly after it was announced that Kirk had passed away.

On Thursday night, the Golden Knights released the following statement in response to Machado’s post:

“We condemn in the strongest possible terms the abhorrent and deplorable comments made on social media by an employee of Lotus Broadcasting regarding Charlie Kirk. This individual is not an employee of the Golden Knights and has never been an employee of the Golden Knights. Glorifying or excusing violence is vile, unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. We have demanded that Lotus immediately address this matter.”

To this point, the only statement associated with the Raiders came from their flagship radio station, who passed along the statement from Lotus Broadcasting.

    1. Two liberal pieces of s**t, too bad it wasn’t you two who were cowardly cut down. At least Kirk had the stones to tell the truth knowing this could happen. F**k you

      1. Charlie was a good man. Not one hatefull bone in his body. I’m just sick of liberals. They are like a smelly t__d you cant wait to flush. Machado is a total POS

      2. They have the right to voice their opinions! A lot of people disagreed with Kirk’s ideology, including many Raider fans. Of course, he didn’t deserve to die for it.

  1. So much for first amendment speech. The amendment is too protect unpopular speech. Cancel culture is out of control.

  2. Sure looks like freedom of speech is becoming a pipe dream in the country. Only the ideology that’s in line with White House will be protected. I won’t be supporting Raider Nation Radio!

  3. The more you feed the dictator with your blind loyalty to rhetoric the happier it makes him. Deeper divide leads to deeper mayhem, making it easier for him to declare martial law. The end of democracy and the constitution. Continue with your bias and acceptance to this dysfunction and it will happen.
I’m not even close to being liberal. I served in the army. But I’m not conservative either. I’ve always voted for the lesser of two evils.
And make no mistake they’re all evil.

  4. When any leader Denies the Democratic process and insights, riotous behavior, and then commutes sentences of over 100 convicted, and is himself a convicted felon who by influence avoids penalty,………
And the same p o s spends over $100 million of taxpayer money on a parade for his own birthday, while TV commercials run every 15 minutes for taxpayers to give $20 a month to wounded warrior project, you people that back this scumbag are part of the problem. It’s this behavior that is pushing a further divide that’s going to completely dissolve the sovereignty of this country. Wake up. The curtains closing.

  5. You are 1000% correct my friend Greg. About all that sh*t. They should be thankful it’s God that judges them and not all the people they screw over and take advantage of in life so they can get ahead and make thier millions in. They could all use more lead in thier diet.
