It’s been a challenge to figure out which teams are in the running for Jalen Ramsey. According to an ESPN report on Tuesday morning, the Jaguars are sitting on at least two offers for Ramsey – both involving a first-round pick in exchange. The report didn’t disclose who made the offers to Jacksonville (and it’s always possible the information isn’t accurate), so it’s anyone’s guess at this point.
As for the Raiders, it sounds like they are at least interested.
“League sources have said that the Raiders are one of the teams that have checked in with the Jaguars [on Jalen Ramsey],” Tafur reported in The Athletic on Tuesday afternoon.
More than likely most teams have looked into what the Jaguars are asking for Ramsey and the rumor as of now is that they are looking for two first-round picks – similar to what the Raiders got for Khalil Mack.
It’s hard to imagine Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden would be willing to pay such a steep price for Ramsey, especially after the way the Antonio Brown experiment flamed out a few weeks ago. But the Raiders have needs in their secondary and Ramsey can eliminate about any receiver in the football.
If it comes down to giving up just one first-round pick for Ramsey, most Raider fans seem to be on board with the idea. What say you, Jon Gruden?

The Raiders need to do what’s best for the team. If signing Ramsey is best for the Raiders then sign him.
