The Raiders want to bring back Donald Penn, but at the right price. Penn wants to return to Oakland, but can likely get better money elsewhere.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle’s Vic Tafur, the Giants and Seahawks are talking to Penn, although Penn reiterated this week that he feels he still has unfinished business in Oakland.
Still hanging in. Seahawks, Giants interested, Raiders still a possibility for right price https://t.co/TeUemYUWVu

The other option for all three teams is 28 year-old Russell Okung who has missed time to injury in each of his six seasons in the NFL. Okung is reportedly visiting the Giants on Friday meaning one of Penn’s potential suitors could disappear by the weekend.
The Raiders gained a potential left tackle in Kelechi Osemele (and paid him like a left tackle), but Penn, who turns 33 next month, has been more than reliable since he arrived in Oakland two years ago.
