According to the Huffington Post’s Jordan Schultz, the Raiders are in the mix for defensive end Greg Hardy. In fact, Shultz thinks there’s a good chance a deal will get done.
With a suspension looming, there have been conflicting reports on the level interest in Hardy. The NFL is believed to be mulling a one or two game suspension for Hardy who missed almost all of last season on the Commissioner’s Exempt List for a domestic incident that was later dropped.
Hardy, just 26 years-old, was given the franchise tag last year by Carolina after recording 15 sacks in 2013.
