It’s nowhere near the greatest concern at this point, but after a massive earthquake struck just outside Mexico City on Tuesday, there’s a chance Azteca Stadium will not be able to host the Raiders and Patriots on November 19 – this from a USA Today report earlier in the afternoon.
The stadium reportedly sustained a “giant crack” according one report and another reported described the stadium as “fractured.”

If Azteca cannot be used there is, of course, the question of where to hold the game. Would the NFL seek another venue in Mexico or move the game back to Oakland. Remember, the Mexico City game is considered a “home” game for the Raiders.
Whatever the case, the wellbeing of those already affected by the earthquake remains most important, but eventually a football decision will need to be made.
Alas, Robert Kraft will probably convince the league to hold the game in New England.
Kidding of course (but not really).

Have the game in Oakland please
Have the game in Oakland, since it is the RAIDERS home game.

Bring the game back to Oakland where it belongs to start with. Hate these out of country games. 🇺🇸🏈❤️
