Gareon Conley returned to the Raiders injury report after Sunday’s game in Washington – once again on account of the shin that’s been bothering him since June.
The team officially lists Conley as ‘questionable’ for Sunday’s game, but Raiders play-by-play voice Greg Papa believes the rookie cornerback will be able to play.
“I think Gareon is going to play in this game, by the way,” Papa said on Friday during his 95.7 The Game radio show. “His shin is bothering him, but I think he’ll try to go.”
Conley is already the Raiders top rated cornerback (79.6) according to Pro Football Focus, and if he plays, should have a key role against a strong Broncos receiving corps.
