After experiencing another streak of bad luck, the Las Vegas Raiders can’t seem to catch a break.
With significant injuries Christian Wilkins, Malcolm Koonce, Maxx Crosby and Davante Adams (who is now left for the Jets), Antonio Pierce and the coaching staff have certainly had the deck stacked against them.
Wilkins, a standout during his time at Clemson, had been an important part of the Raiders’ defense, both on game days and in the locker room. Considered one of the best defensive tackles in the league, Wilkins’ numbers through five games were 16 total tackles, 11 of them solo, and registered 2 sacks.
The Raiders got Crosby back last week, but with a 2-4 record and other players potentially on the trade block, the outlook doesn’t look great for the remainder of the season.
According to crypto bookies online, injuries and the likelihood of more trades coming, shapes the Raiders’ odds significantly going forward. Here are the odds and predictions for their next three games….
Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Rams (October 20, 2024)
Odds: Rams -5.5, Raiders +5.5
Moneyline: Rams -225, Raiders +190
Over/Under: 44
Prediction: Playing away against the Rams will be a difficult challenge for the Raiders. Despite injuries of their own, the Rams will have a respectable offense anytime Sean McVay is on the sideline. The Raiders will need to bring their A-game to compete.
Going with the Rams on this one until the Raiders can prove otherwise.
Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs (October 27, 2024)
Odds: Chiefs -7, Raiders +7
Moneyline: Chiefs -300, Raiders +250
Over/Under: 48
Prediction: The Chiefs are one of the top teams in the league, with Patrick Mahomes leading a dynamic offense that is expected to get back on track any week now. What better week to get the offense rolling than to travel to Las Vegas for a weekend to face a depleted roster with seemingly little to play for?
Las Vegas Raiders at Cincinnati Bengals (November 3, 2024)
Odds: Bengals -6, Raiders +6
Moneyline: Bengals -250, Raiders +210
Over/Under: 46
Prediction: The Bengals, led by Joe Burrow, have been a difficult team to figure out this year. The Raiders will face a tough test on the road in this one. The Bengals still believe they are a playoff team and despite some drama of their own, appear to be headed in a much better direction than the Raiders at this point.
Picking against the Raiders until something changes.

Good luck to all!
Some are already saying to sandbag the season to get a Alpha Quarterback in the next draft. For those that don’t really understand the NFL the problems for doing this are:
* The Raiders don’t have the Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator nor the Quarterback Coach to make a college Alpha QB to ever evolve into a NFL top tier QB
* The Raiders don’t have the Offensive Line men nor an Offensive Line Coach to support a rookie QB
* Mark Davis is ONLY in this for the money. The move to Vegas, forever killing the 12 man proves this.
* Propagating a mentality of losing is contagious and impossible to radiate
* NO experienced NFL star would want to play for a team that doesn’t want to win and has zero stability
* Current Raider stars that actually want to win, will flee to teams that actually believe in “Just Win Baby” and away from the Raiders where careers go to die and hope killed, never reaching the playoffs.
McDaniels and the “Patriot Way” was the poison that killed the Raider’s future, but don’t forget that Davis was the one that put it in the pudding.
