Report: Raiders Among the Teams Interested in Le’Veon Bell

Le’Veon Bell is going to sign somewhere soon and while the Chiefs are probably his most likely landing spot, there are four other teams reportedly still in the running to sign him.

Among the other teams apparently making a push for Bell… the Raiders.

According to Denver radio host Benjamin Allbright, the Raiders, Bears, Patriots, and Dolphins are all trying to sign the former All-Pro running back.

One report indicated that Bell would like to play in Miami while several others have noted that Kansas City is his most likely destination.

All things considered, the Chiefs might give Bell his best opportunity. Rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire hasn’t averaged more than 4.0 yards per carry in a game since week 1 and the Chiefs are, of course, still the betting favorite to win the Super Bowl.

That said, the Chiefs haven’t won an NFL game in almost 10 days and are 0-1 since beating the Patriots in week 4. Maybe Bell would be wise to figure who beat the Chiefs three days ago and consider signing up with them.
