The 2015 NFL regular season is in the books and according to ESPN, the Cowboys once again led the league in attendance with a per-game average of 91,459. Coming in just 36,846 per-game behind the Cowboys were the Raiders at 54,613 – good for 30th-best in the league, but still ahead of both Minnesota (52,430) and St. Louis (52,402).
As much as anything, the attendance numbers provide further proof that the Raiders need a new stadium (O.co Coliseum officially seats just under 54,000 for football games).
The good news? Raider home games continue to be among the cheapest in the business. Season tickets have been available the last few years as cheap as $500 (2 seats) for the season.
